Problem CHECKLIST

Put check if the situation occur:
Victim
        He/She was crying and he or she is isolated.
        He/She injured from his or her classmates.
        He/She has damage on his or her head,arms,thigh or etc.
        He/She has bite marks and wounds.
        He/She is often easily distracted by extraneous stimuli.
        He/She is often loses things necessary for tasks or activities such as toys,school assignment or etc.
        He/she is often spiteful by his or her classmates.
        He/She is cannot talk and speak well because he or she feels shame or afraid.
        He/She is often loses one's temper.
        He/She is shy.
Suspect
        He/She was hitting,kicking,or threatening to his or her classmates.
        He/She pushed his or her classmates.
        He/She can;t get his or her personal things,then he or she spunks his or her classmates.
        He/She was bullying his or her classmates.
        He/she was biting his or her classmates.
        He/She is always aggressive.
        He/She is always say dirty words.
        He/She is often angry and resentful to his or her classmates.
        He/She blames other classmates for one's mistakes.
Teacher
        He/She asked each of the child regarding the problem.
        He/She was shouting to his or her children.
        He/She ignored the problem situation.
        He/She is angry and take the children outside the room.
        He/She used force to stop the quarreling or fighting between two children.
        He/She used activities to catch up their attention.
        He/She hurts his or her children during the problem.
        He/She talked to the children about the situation.
.       He/She called the parents of  his or her children to talk about the problem.
        He/She visited the home of his or her children
